St. Mary’s Parish has always been on my “to photograph” list. I’ve seen so many images of it on flickr that I’ve always kept it in the back of my mind. I was a little intimidated when I walked it. There were a lot of people sitting in the pews and I didn’t want to disturb them by my camera clicks. Next time I visit, I’ll try to go when no one is inside.
A crazy windy morning at Spa Creek Bridge in Annapolis. You wouldn’t be able to tell by the still water, but I was freezing!!
I almost slept through this one. My alarm kept on ringing and ringing but I went to sleep so late last night, I barely heard it. Thankfully about 20 minutes before the sun actually rose, I opened my eye a little bit and saw crazy pink color from the window. I immediately got up, put my contacts in, and ran out the door.

I heard from somewhere that the sunset/sunrise colors in the sky don’t last very long in Hawaii. It’s a shame. This image would be even better with some pinks and purples in there 🙂
