Last year, Andrew and I spent a nice weekend in Yosemite National Park. Wish we got to spend more time there since it was kinda rainy and gloomy most of the time.
Fern Springs this natural little water waterfall. We grabbed a water bottle and filled it to the rim. After a 2 minute “discussion” as to who would take the first sip, it was the coldest, freshed water I’ve ever had. YUM!
So, last week I posted up this image of Cooks Valley in the fog and I got really good response from it. A lot of you all seem to like foggy, detailed images. So heres another! 🙂
Check out this view a few hours later when all the clouds cleared up.

Merced River is like none I’ve ever seen. The rocks are so big that I called them dinosaur rocks and with the backdrop of the huge mountains and cliffs, you can stand there and watch this river forever.

I had to wait a little bit for a rain storm to pass before I could take this image, but I love the dramatic feel that they provide for this image.

Yosemite Falls is soo grand that it’s viewable from many different parts of the park. I’m really lucky that I was there just after a snow storm so the water was plentiful in the Falls.
Where is your favorite waterfall?
