Over the weekend I had the incredible privilege of visiting the National Museum of African American History and Culture before it has even opened!!! It opens this weekend so if you get the chance to go, you should totally do it! Start from the very bottom and go up. The bottom floor is about slavery and as you work your way up, the floors move through time all the way to modern day African Americans. It’s so fascinating to see the progression through various objects and stories. Believe me, you’ll love it!

My dad had been asking me to take pictures of the moon all weekend and was finally able to last night 🙂 This one is for him. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to capture it at it’s fullest but this ain’t bad if you ask me.

Who knew there were great views like this from Union Station? Last week I met up with my friends Zack, Dave and Navin to shoot sunset and so glad we stumbled upon this view. I see myself coming to this spot much more often to see what else I can capture.

Last full day on the lake and I’ve been trying my hardest to stand up on the wake board. Somehow I always get up a little and always loose my grip.

Update: I got up!! I just had to change my grip and it was so much easier. Before I had one hand up and one hand down. Now I hold the bar with both hands going in the same direction and I was able to ride.

Just got home from a quick get-away with Andrew and Frankie in Baltimore. It was nice to do something different over the weekend. We’re usually running a whole bunch house errands or have some kind of social event. This weekend we took the time for ourselves and spent some great quality time together.

This was on top Federal Hill right before we left. It was crazy windy and I’m so appreciated of my guys for hanging out with me while I was out doing what I love. But the last stop was Jack and Zach Food. Seriously the best pancakes ever.
