I was out shooting the Lincoln Memorial earlier this week. I had no idea the clouds were going to look so angry. I thought it was pretty cool and wanted to find a new composition that incorporated the reflection from the puddle. I love how the stairs turned out curved from panoramic shooting.
I was trying to find a different composition with the Tidal Basin and was loving the reflection in the water.
Snow? In California? In March? Sounds beautiful!
I love the natural line the water creates leading your eye to the bridge. Although this was a clear day, I had to take advantage of capturing the natural bridge.
