So, I came back from Vegas and I had a BLAST! Maybe too much fun because I didn’t come out with all the images I wanted to.

Here are some of them from the past week:
Probably one of the best hotels in Vegas: the beautiful Venetian lobby
I also went to the iconic “Welcome to Fabolous Las Vegas” at sunrise.
A MUST whenever you go to vegas: Caesars Palace Forum Shops
A view of the Las Vegas Strip at night with views of Paris, Ballys, the new Cosmopolitan hotel and more

Now that I’m back home, I discovered a beautiful park hidden in DC: Kenilworth Park Aquatic Gardens

I made a new video! Check out the camera gear I travel with in What’s in my Travel Bag?

Did you guys notice the new homepage? It now takes you directly to the blog. What do you think?

Anyways, hope you all have a great weekend 🙂

Originially I had planned on going to the Kenilworth Park to capture the waterlillies. Unfortunately they do not bloom utnil June. Fortunately the gardens are so beautiful and interesting that I was able to capture this image.

It’s a pretty cool place where there are little areas of marsh surrounded by a man-made boardwalk. It was really cute and somewhere I’d enjoy going back to in June.

Everytime I go to Vegas, I end up going to Caesars Palace at least once. It’s just one of those must go to places when in town. It’s so much fun with all the fountains, shopping, and AMAZING food.

Do you think I’ve talked about food enough in these Vegas posts?

I’m back from VEGAS! I had so much fun. Probably too much fun since I didn’t come out with as many images as I’d like. Don’t worry though because I plan on posting a vlog sometime this week.

I was only there for two nights and the actual purpose of the trip was to celebrate a 30th birthday. I woke up at 4:30 am the first morning and walked around the strip by myself. It’s pretty interesting to see who’s up at 4:30 am. Believe me, I had a lot of people asking me about my camera and tripod while I was out. This image of the Venetian lobby was taken around 6am. I think this may be the only time in the day that this area isn’t PACKED with people.
