I feel like looking back at some beach images would help me forget how incredibly hot it is outside. Like, so hot. I’m staying indoors all week.

Looking back at some older images, this was taken at Hungry Mother State Park in Marion, VA. The place had this fun, family, beachy vibe to it. So it was really interesting to see this creepy fog rolling in early morning. Kinda looks like it straight out of a horror movie or something.
Early morning at one of my favorite memorials in DC, the Jefferson Memorial. It’s one of my favorites because its kind of off to its own on the side. Not as many visit it, but it’s still just as spectacular as all the others.
One of the best scuba diving trips I’ve ever been on was in Cozumel. One of my favorite parts was when we were swimming through some caves and around the corner we saw this big ass crab. It was literally the size of the desk that I’m sitting out now with it’s arms all out. And he had them out in defense mood like he was prepared to attack us. I’ve never wanted to catch a sea creature so bad and dip it in butter.
Not going to lie, I’m much more of a warm weather person than cold. I could stare at this forever.
I was suppperrrr jet lagged when we came back from Japan. I’d wake up around 4a everyday not knowing what to do. Usually I’d just lay in bed for a few hours hoping to fall back to sleep but one morning I decided to get up and check out the scene at the tidal basin. The cherry blossoms were peaking while we were gone, so I’m glad to have captured just the last bit of them before they all went away.
