Virginia

Shenandoah, National Park, sunrise, landscape, tree, virginia, hdr, angela b. pan, abpan

I don’t even remember when this was taken. I know it was winter because I remember standing outside shivering in the mountain chill. I also know that this was taken in Shenandoah National Park along skyline drive. Where this photo was hiding I do not know that either.

This farris wheel was from Viva Vienna a few weeks ago. Here’s an image of the carousel I captured. At first I was happy with the original image because there was a building behind it, which made it slightly distracting. After thinking about it so more, DUH, just crop it out.

Check out my vlog from Memorial Day weekend when I visited the festival.

Georgetown at Night is never boring. Theres always something going on.

Taken back in March, I needed sometime to work on this image Rodeo Beach Rocks

Another Famous DC image, the Supreme Court:

The Washington Post blog, State of NoVA used my waterfall image for a post to beat the DC heat:

Thanks to my friend, Tony who told me about this place. I’m embarassed to say that I used to live really close to this waterfall but never knew about it.

This is one of my favorite shots from this day because it reminds me of fireworks in the sky. Watch me try to find this beautiful spot: http://youtu.be/JzwDCOZhbQo

mt vernon, alexandria, virginia, cows, brown cow, moo cow, abpan, angela b. pan, eating

This image is from when I visited Mt. Vernon in February, check out the image here.

Right when I walked over to these cows they started staring at me. Usually I wouldn’t be scared but they were seriously staring me down. About 1 minute later a truck came by and this nice woman fed the cows. Thats why they were staring at me! They thought I was going to feed them. As soon as that hay landed on the ground they were taring at it. The cows forgot all about me and I was able to snap this image.
