I just spent the last few days in Hungry Mother State Park in the south west Virginia. Its a beautiful park with lots of water playing fun. I’d never been to this part of Virginia before, so it was really fun exploring the area. More pics coming soon!

Downstream Great Falls Park on a beautiful morning.
I’ve been seeing a lot of these guys lately. Mostly just hanging out by the water, but this is the best shot I’ve gotten. I love how he’s backlit and it kinda looks like he’s glowing.
One of the first shots of the morning before the sun woke up, I was out there trying to find the best composition.

Saturday morning I got very little sleep and made my way to Annapolis to catch the sunrise. I was almost positive that it was going to be a beautiful sunrise, but the hard part was trying to find the right spot. It wasn’t until after the sunrise did I find Spa Creek Bridge. Now I know for next time 🙂
I completely forgot I had this image. This was taken last year in Yosemite National Park. I was there in March but there was still a lot of snow on the ground which closed half the park. It’s ok I’ll be back some day 🙂
