If you’re planning a trip to the caribbean or a beach somewhere, I’d highly recommend Turks and Caicos. Andrew have been at least 3 or 4 times and it’s still our number 1, most favoritest beach we’ve ever been too. The clearest water, white sand beach and my favorite part is that there are NO waves. That little line you see in the foreground of this image, yea that’s the biggest wave you’re going to get. Which means you can sit and drink your drink in the water without having to worry about water crashing down on you. It’s like all the best parts of a beach and definietly not as crowded as some of the other islands.

This post was not sponsored. I’m just a big fan 🙂

Something a little different than what I usually do. Can you guess what it is?

It’s the side of a rock wall where it meets flowing water. I was fortunate to visit Watkins Glen State Park during the autumn time when the leaves were changing and falling. The light parts of the image are flowers petals that had fallen from above. With a long exposure and a tripod, I was able to create this cool wavy, abstraction. A totally different way to see this beautiful park.

I’d definitely consider myself a beach person. I love just laying out and soaking up the sun, listening to the water and just chilling out. I could do it hours on end without getting bored. With a good book and a drink, I’d be all set.

But I also like walking around in the city and exploring new places. The mountains are so beautiful too. I don’t know. I can’t decide. What type of person are you?

Most excellent reward after the most strenuous hike I’ve ever done in my life. The Hanakapiai Beach hike is seriously no joke. I think it took about 6 hours but worth it because the views along the way were magical. After it was all over we stopped to recover and decided to wait for the sun to set. Any sunset in Hawaii is definietly worth it.
