Last night around sunset, I was walking around the Capitol to find the good light. I noticed that it was right behind the lions of the Ulysses S. Grant Statue and thought this was a cool composition that made it look like it was look overing the city.
For the past few weeks we’ve been having some crazy rain storms. I thought it would be cool to get a panoramic of the reflecting pool to catch the whole scene.
Last night I was watching some video tutorials on photoshop. There’s always something new to learn especially with post processing. It got me really excited to process some old images, so I decided to rework this one from Arizona. Here’s the original. What do you think? Which is better?
Finally, the last day we were in Clearwater we had clear weather. Walking around the downtown area, I saw some color in the sky and had to run immediately to the beach. Unforunatle,y I didn’t have my tripod with me. At least I had my camera!
I’ve been home for a few days now. Florida was awesome! I’m excited to show you more images from my trip, but those may take a little while. They are images like I’ve never taken before and they are taking me a little while to work on them. So, they’ll have to wait. Am I building enough suspense?
