A beautiful morning in Cozumel, Mexico. This was right outside of our hotel, you could actually see it from our balcony, but I had to get a better vantage point. Can you believe the locals walk along these rocks barefoot? I was having a hard enough time with shoes on!

In preparation for the 2013 Inauguration, I headed to the Capitol to see what it was like. I was surprised to see that the Friday before the big day, most of the chairs have already been put out, along with the big screen tv and American flags. I’m pretty sure it doesn’t look like this today 🙂

This image was particularly hard. Since this was taken at the edge of a dock, the raft in the front of the image was bopping up and down. Since I shoot HDR and combine multiple exposures, the boat looked like a ghost. I had to use some ninja photoshop skills to keep it all in focus and sharp.
