One super stormy evening at the Lincoln Memorial. Funny how it didn’t stop anyone from enjoying the sites. You can see all the little people there hanging out on the steps. That’s one thing about the memorial that I really like. People are free to just hangout for as long as they want without anyone stopping them. I could spend hours here.

Almost done with all my holiday shopping. Just need one more present for an important someone in my life, Frankie!! He’s the easiest to shop for though. He’s happy with treats, toys or a some belly rubbings.
Just a few things I’m grateful for:
- My health
- Andrew and Frankie who make me laugh everyday
- Family who are always there when I need them (and even when I don’t)
- the Fab 5 who are the best girlfriends anyone could have
- Daily accountability calls
- Work that I feel so lucky, proud and grateful to be doing
- Moments that take your breath away like beautiful sunrises
- the invention of cheese. NOM NOM NOM.
Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
Are you guys getting tired of these autumn images yet? I think the leaves are really starting to fall off now but I still have so many images from this season. It’s been so great. So much fun going out to shoot. I love the fall and not really looking forward to winter.
But really looking forward to thanksgiving 🙂
Last night was kinda crazy. I was shocked to see how many people showed up to shoot the Super Moon. As we were pulling in, Andrew said “How did all these people know about your secret spot?” LOL Obviously netherlands carillon isn’t a secret spot but I didn’t know THAT many people would show up. Check out my Instagram story to see just how crazy it was.
If you saw a crazy girl running with her hair everywhere and a tripod in her hand along the parkway, that was me. I was so late to this sunrise. I always forget about traffic now that the sun rises so much later in the day. I was pretty much jumping up and down in the driver seat all the way down GW Parkway to get to Roosevelt Island. Glad I was still able to catch some of the color before it faded.
