Another clear day in Virginia but loved the light reflecting on the house.
Instead of heading to DC last night, I took a walk around my neighborhood lake. It was nice. It definietly forced me to slow down and take a look at everything around me. I wasn’t so concentrated on making a grand image. I was focused on finding the little things.
You can see the cutest little things with a macro lens. I didn’t notice this little guy at first but noticed him when I was taking pictures of the plant thingy he’s on. C’mon! You guys know I’m awful at identifying plants and things that grow out of the ground.
I took a little walk down the trail in Great Falls Park. I wanted to find something different to photograph in the park. I think I may have found it, but I want to go back to try some different compositions. What do you think of this one?
Every year, my friends, Ed and Alejandra, my husband and I go peach picking by this red barn. It’s kind of a tradition.
