His face says it all. Frankie is so over the snow. Me too. I’m staying inside.
Yes, more snow today. I know every winter I always say, “I’m so excited for snow! When’s the snow coming? I want more!” But now that this is our 100th snow storm this winter and it’s supposed to be the biggest one we’ve gotten so far, I’m pretty over it. Bring on warm weather and the cherry blossoms!
It’s gettin’ FROSTY up in here!
I love how the snow and ice reduces everything down to just it’s beautiful shape and form. It’s hard to believe that the cherry blossoms will be blooming on these trees in a few weeks. Until then, I had a great time this morning penguin shuffling through the tidal basin.
I didn’t have much to do this weekend. Usually I’m busy running around with errands, home furniture shopping, or just catching up family and friends. This weekend had a little bit of that, but mostly just hanging out with Andrew and Frankie at home. It was nice. I was able to catch up on work but also watch some fun tutorials like this one from Lisa in the Arcanum.
I know on my blog I haven’t spoken much about it, but it’s a pretty big part of my photo life right now. Ever since I became a master in July, I feel I have grown so much as a photographer. I’m so grateful to be a part of such a great photo community to constantly push myself and see so much variety in images and creativity. One of the best parts is that I get to meet and hang out with people with the same interests as me all over the world! I love it! And seriously don’t know where I’d be without my cohort and the great Arcanum community.
Here we go again…
Another snow day. It seems like ever since February hit, we’ve been getting them every few days. I’m not complaining though. I love the snow! It’s the cold temps that I don’t like. It was so cold that my camera froze to my tripod a few times and I had to use my super-human strength to pull them a part.
