One super stormy evening at the Lincoln Memorial. Funny how it didn’t stop anyone from enjoying the sites. You can see all the little people there hanging out on the steps. That’s one thing about the memorial that I really like. People are free to just hangout for as long as they want without anyone stopping them. I could spend hours here.

Today is a special day. Today is Andrew’s birthday. Wahooooo. He’s not much for birthday celebrations. Just birthday cake. So now you know what’s for dinner tonight <3
Andrew and I was talking about poke the other day and how amazing it was in Hawaii. The fish is so just fresh and tender in Hawaii, its just so hard to compare it to anything we have here on the east coast.
This was image was taken right after we were done hiking the Napali Coast in Kauai. The place where we discovered the amazingness of the cubed fish.
If you saw a crazy girl running with her hair everywhere and a tripod in her hand along the parkway, that was me. I was so late to this sunrise. I always forget about traffic now that the sun rises so much later in the day. I was pretty much jumping up and down in the driver seat all the way down GW Parkway to get to Roosevelt Island. Glad I was still able to catch some of the color before it faded.
While my friends were in a bake shop getting cookies, I was outside admiring the sky. But that was after I told them to make sure to pick me up some as well.
Living on the east coast of the United States, we definietly get some crazy weather. Especially during hurricane season in the Caribbean. It seems like we get a lot of their overspills and aftermaths but I ain’t complaining. It’s exciting to see clouds like this come along.
