The lines for Notre Dame are crazy long. It basically came down to choosing between going on top or going inside. I chose to go up top because I thought it would allow for cool perspectives. It’s funny how all these people look so small.
The sunflower fields were a lot of fun for my friend, Ryan and I to take pictures until we got attacked by mosquitos. We had to RUN back to the car to get away. Kinda reminded me of that scene in My Girl. Who remembers that movie?
Another view from on top the Notre Dame. I love these gargoyles. They’re so cool and different.
These are the steps you have to climb to get up the Arc de Triomphe. Pretty good work out especially if you’re holding your camera equipment. But I think it’s so fun to go down.
Even though I’m not done going through all my Europe images, I’m still out taking pictures. I can’t help it! I can’t leave my camera alone for more than a few days.
This was taken last week as a storm was approaching. Luckily, I didn’t get caught in the rain this time.
Pro tip: If you ever want to see the sunset on top of Arc De Triomphe with views of the Eiffel Tower, get your spot early! There were tons of people crowded in this little corner all trying to take pics of the Eiffel Tower. For some reason I didn’t expect the crowd.
As I was taking this image, there were some teenagers next to me. Two girls were taking pictures of their friend on their phones. I couldn’t understand what they were saying but they kept on going “ohhhh” after every phrase, picture and pose. Even if you can’t understand them, “ohhh’s” and “ahhh’s” are pretty funny in any language.
