St. Mary’s Parish, Annapolis, Maryland
St. Mary’s Parish has always been on my “to photograph” list. I’ve seen so many images of it on flickr that I’ve always kept it in the back of my mind. I was a little intimidated when I walked it. There were a lot of people sitting in the pews and I didn’t want to disturb them by my camera clicks. Next time I visit, I’ll try to go when no one is inside.

Boats at a Dock in Annapolis, MD
This image was particularly hard. Since this was taken at the edge of a dock, the raft in the front of the image was bopping up and down. Since I shoot HDR and combine multiple exposures, the boat looked like a ghost. I had to use some ninja photoshop skills to keep it all in focus and sharp.

Spa Creek Bridge, Annapolis
How was your weekend? Mine was spent trying to take lots of pics. Keyword, TRYING!
Saturday morning I got very little sleep and made my way to Annapolis to catch the sunrise. I was almost positive that it was going to be a beautiful sunrise, but the hard part was trying to find the right spot. It wasn’t until after the sunrise did I find Spa Creek Bridge. Now I know for next time
