I’m one of those people who really like to celebrate their birthdays. I mean why not? It’s the only day in the year that you can really say, “HEY! Shut up. It my birthday” and people will listen. HAHA Anyways, Andrew and I are in the middle of planning a get-away for the big day next month. Should be lots of fun 🙂

It’s been a while since I’ve visited Great Falls Park. It’s always so much fun sitting on the rocks and just watching the water flow but I think they’ve started closing the gates at dark now. It’s a shame because I always found it so peaceful to be there early in the morning.
Have you ever woke up in the morning and just knew it was going to be a good day? That’s what happened yesterday and this sunrise just confirmed it.
It’s been really dark and cloudy in the mornings, but that hasn’t been stopping the heat from coming in the day time. When I’m in the house, I’m always bundled up and always get so surprised when I step outside to walk Frankie and it’s so warm. I like it better than the cold weather though.
