One particularly stormy morning, I was out taking sunrise pics on Fan’s Pier in Boston. Right along the pier is the Federal Courthouse. I love the architecture of this building. Everything is so symmetrical it makes it look so powerful.

zakim bridge, sunset, boston

Zakim bridge in Boston at sunset. I didn’t wait all the way until night fall because I was by myself. I was a little afraid to be in a new city all by myself in total darkness so I figured sunset was good enough 🙂

This has got to be one of the prettiest skylines I’ve ever photographed. I love the water, the chain fence and the clouds in the sky. It’s so easy to just sit and relax as the sun goes down.

liberty hotel, boston, hdr, interior

The Liberty Hotel is one of those hidden gems in Boston. Thanks to my cousin, Leslie, who used to live in the city told me about this place. As soon as you walk in, you can’t help but notice all the available seating. That may be because this hotel used to be a prison! There are so many balconies and railings that you can kinda see how this place used to be a jail house.

rowes wharf, boston, ma

The first time I ever visited Boston was in 2009 for my birthday 🙂 and there are a few things I remembered from that trip. I remembered walking through this arch way and thinking how cool the city looked. At that time, there was a huge American Flag hanging from the middle of the arch way. I wonder what happened to it.
